    4. Sets and reps are defined as well as how to progress from beginner to more advanced training so you get maximum results for your effort.
  3. The Bonus Module
    1. Advanced training options are offered to take your training to a higher level
    2. Circuit training options are defined so you can accelerate your gains
    3. Additional exercise options are provided so you can rotate exercises and continue to get great results. Never plateau due to a stale routine.
    4. Modifications to standard exercises are explained for two reasons:
      1. First, you get options that help you get started fast when the standard exercise is too difficult. This ensures even beginners can make progress from Day 1.
